I have had such good experiences here with both the Banfield Pet Hospital with Dr. Adams and also today with the grooming salon. My dog, Charlie is a super curly golden doodle, so he is prone to matts in his long hair. Today I took him in for just brushing and he however did have some matts, but Madison and the rest of the grooming salon team got the matts right out, I feel like they really went the xtra mile on getting his matts out so he wouldn't have a shaved spot in his tail. So we get up to bring our dog to get cut and washed. We give the girl the rabies vaccine paper that the Vet gave us. She tells us that they can't accept it because it hand written, even tho the tag and everything was with it. They really think we broke into the Vet office, stole their letter head, made a tag, and forge the Dr signature just to get out dogs hair cut? Ignorant AF! Needless to say we will never step foot inside this store again!
