Ordered a canister filter and picked it up. The box was beat to hell. The guy told us if we had any problems to let them know. So we get home and open it up and of course one of the lid fasteners is broken. Keep in mind we drove an hour there and an hour back to get it cause they were the only store that had the tank we wanted in stock. So I call. Oh come back in with your receipt. Everything pet go to store the customer service is great here and they seem to know what the needs are
love the service employees are so friendly. went in to get fish and Bradley in the fish dept is so informative
The groomers were very very compassionate with my pooch while they did his nails. He has a history of snapping at people if they try to touch his paws but this time he was a perfect angel thanks to the grooming girls.
