I have been bringing my dog here for a few years. And I have never had any trouble until today. I specifically said do not shave my dog. If you don’t want to groom him I’ll come back and get him. I dropped my dog off at 1:30, he was done until 7:00. And he was shaved. He looks horrible.
2nd time trying to take my baby to the groomer here. FAIL. wouldn’t send my worst enemy this place.
I honestly never had a problem with PetSmart until today. My husband and I asked a lady about the muzzles and the differences between the plastic, mesh, metal and she stood there and lectured us about it. she legitly made it seem like I was abusing my dog or purposely trying to kill it and said that my dog needs better training! Both our dogs have went through all of the training classes with Amanda Armstrong and we are super happy with her and our results! I Highly recommend her for training!

The grooming dept at Hurstborne has done nothing but go down hill in last year won't go back
I wouldn't have my dog groomed there....but but her food only because its close to home
Had a bait & switch situation today at their grooming salon. The associate who checked my dog in convinced me to add on services to what I asked for by saying it would cost $35, rather than $25. I agreed. In the midst of dealing with my squirmy puppy she had me sign a paper, pointing to the emergency contact info on it, and I believed it to be nothing more. Upon my boyfriend picking her up an hour and a half later, they asked him for payment of $45. When I called and explained, they told me I had signed agreeing to pay $45. ... read more
