Staff friendly, very attentive to my dogs..awesome place!!!!! Dog trainer outstanding!
I have taken my dogs there for 6 years, so I am a very loyal customer. I made my dogs appointment 21 days in advance to make sure to get her there and pick her up. Petsmart calls and leaves a message stating they had changed my appointment time (without asking). I call back and they changed the time from 130-300. I explained we can't bring her at 3 but can I bring her a little early? The lady was quick to say no. Didn't try to look to see what else could be done. This store has the nicest people working there. The ladies working in the pet grooming area make you feel good about leaving your fur-baby with them.
