RecommendedLinda is the best! She trained my first dog. And now we are doing the puppy school for my second. Highly recommend her and the staff overall is super friendly and helpful.
Their doggy day camp is wonderful!! Biscuit always has so much fun there!! And every other Thursday they do a fun themed daycamp and take a cute picture of Biscuit!!
The pets hotel is full of wonderful people!! They’re incredibly helpful and it’s obvious that they truly care for the animals. Our dog has so much fun at doggie day camp when we’re out of town, he sleeps nearly an entire day when we bring him home. The grooming salon does a fantastic job. We have a husky and oh man the hair!!! Having him groomed the last day he’s in the pets hotel before we pick him up is our regular routine and it’s a huge help. They do a great job with him.
We love Michael and his team of fabulous people at PetSmart! They take fabulous care of our fur babies! Truly a second home.

Disrespectful. Absolutely would not recommend. I would take their own employee's advice (which was so rudely thrown at my sister) and go to Petco instead.
Can you please PLEASE FIX THIS. I subscribe to ball python groups where I’ve seen so many complaints on PetSmart but I’ve never had any issues until now. I come in to buy food for my snake (I purchased from you all 5 years ago) and mice. So I was there today and saw a tiny ball python in horrible condition. Stuck shed even covering his eye caps and humidity at 40!! That’s not even high enough for everyday let alone if they are in shed.
