We boarded our dog Thor with Pet Smart for 1 week while we were our of town. When we returned, and picked up Thor he was making horrible, almost screaming like noises. Yesterday the noise was even worse and Thor was throwing up all over the house. We took him to our vet and they told us that it appears Thor has Kennel cough. Robin & Rondney are terrible and can't tell the truth
LOVE the doggie day camp here! My pup is always excited to go and always tired when he gets home. All of the store employees are great and super friendly!
rude staff very impolite and unprofessional
Disaster scheduling my 2 dogs grooming. THEY told me one time (12:30 pm) and put it in their system at 5pm. Their suggestion was to let my dogs be caged for 6 hours (dropped off early) and not be taken out to the bathroom. Awful customer service! So disappointed!

Terrible place
I just finished a 6 week puppy training class with Linda at this Petsmart and couldn’t be more happy with my decision! If anyone is looking for a trainer I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Linda at this Petsmart!!! She is wonderful and her method of training is easy to understand and effective. I left each class feeling confident to train my puppy with the skills Linda taught us. I can’t say enough great things about Linda and this Petsmart!
I loved it Very helpful super friendly unbelievable clean not like the rest in Louisville you must check out the Pet Hotel there and the Day camp Cristina Colon went far and beyond out of her way to help customers she definitely belongs on the sales floor and not behide a register
