I was very disatisfied with the service of this Petsmart. The ladies in the grooming salon were very rude and I didn't appriciate them at all! I will NEVER take my yorkie to this salon. If you have to make an appointment, you could have just said so nicely. I am so pissed I wasted my gas to drive over there and I will NOT be visiting EVER again!
