My fiancé and I took my 6 month year old yorkie there for a Bath, Trim, and nail grind. They did not cut her nails since she was restless so we didn’t understand why it took an hour and 47 minutes. I just came to Petsmart Banfield Pet Hospital they called me for my appointment for a yearly check up. I told them drop off was 7:30am I came in at 8am and at 8:02 Dr.Hudson said that the ending time was at 8am so they were unable to see her and the next appointment would be for next month but my insurance coverage ended on the 18th of October and their unable to schedule me for an earlier date. My dog loved to go to PetSmart! She actually shopped down every aisle. But then about a year ago I took her to be groomed and since then I have to basically drag her in to get what we were coming for. She won’t even go down toy or treat aisle. I’m sorry to say these things but something happened that 1 time to change her whole attitude.
We recently moved to LR and had to find a new groomer for our little Sonny. Jessi took time to listen to our concerns and made us feel very comfortable. She did a great job with the cut. Thanks for making a hard decision easier ❤️
The staff didn't seem friendly at all. There was a give away going on but individual at the table didn't seem very eager for people to approach. Cashier seemed as though I was troubling him. Recently moved to this area from Michigan. The stores I visited there were always super friendly, always a hello from at least 2 employees, asking how they can help, wanting to get to know my dogs. None of this here.
It is a great place with amazing toys and perfect animals to buy!
Ten did a great job grooming my two Shih Tzus. Will use her again!
I love my grooming experience. Courtney is very exact and she listens to everything i wanted. Which made what I thought would be a scare grooming experience more relaxing. She worked Wonders on my Maltese
