The only place I have found dog food that my baby girl will eat! The employees are great, very helpful and friendly.
I can not even justify the one star. Went in to buy a gold fish and was asked what tank size I have. As soon as I said 10 gallons I was told, " no I can't sell you the fish. Never asked if I had another tank or even offered me a smaller goldfish. Manager said the same thing. I definitely got rude at that point and pointed out that we also have a 50 gallon tank. Still never offered another fish or let me have that fish. I'm appalled
The groomers there work with my spoiled and usually strong willed. dog
Good general stock supply, but poor choice of 'special' items like diapers for animals (don't ask). The care of the animals in the stores' adoption center is BAD. Filthy litter, grungy blankets, dirty or NO water. Who knows when the last time was that those creatures saw a brush. Poor regulation following. Poor management. Neglectful.
A hard dock to back into with all the obstacles in the way around the back delivery area!
