Zoey had her first Pawdicure and her toe nails are now so smooth. She is a chihuahua and they took such good care of her. We will most definitely be back!
My friend Ebony has a recording which was recorded today. She was treated very rudely by the two girls, one of them being a shift manager or store manager? The girls denied my friend her request to buy the turtle. Their reasoning: “you won’t take care of it.” So is the staff trained to make those assessments? Their dog training program is excellent. The trainer conveys her genuine interest in the dogs and their owners. We will definitely sign up for an additional class
I use this store often but had a horrible experience when I ordered and paid online then had it for in store pick up. I would have been better to just go in and get it. Everyone had blank stares when I asked where to pick it up then they could not find their copy of the receipt. It was not a good experience

We took our 1 yo yorkie to location on chenal to get groomed. When we picked her up they had trimmed the fur on her body way too short while leaving fur on head noticeably longer. No explanation was given. I brush her every other day so there was no need to trim her fur so short. I'm very angry with this. Every time I look at our dog I get angry again. And she doesn't like it either.
