My friend Ebony has a recording which was recorded today. She was treated very rudely by the two girls, one of them being a shift manager or store manager? Their dog training program is excellent. The trainer conveys her genuine interest in the dogs and their owners. We will definitely sign up for an additional class
I use this store often but had a horrible experience when I ordered and paid online then had it for in store pick up. I would have been better to just go in and get it. Everyone had blank stares when I asked where to pick it up then they could not find their copy of the receipt. It was not a good experience
One of my Dogs favorite place to visit... Love the convenience of the Pet Hospital inside..
We took our 1 yo yorkie to location on chenal to get groomed. When we picked her up they had trimmed the fur on her body way too short while leaving fur on head noticeably longer. No explanation was given. I brush her every other day so there was no need to trim her fur so short. I'm very angry with this. Every time I look at our dog I get angry again. And she doesn't like it either.
The only place I have found dog food that my baby girl will eat! The employees are great, very helpful and friendly.
