Worse customer service ever no staff is ever there to assist. I called to question if a product is out of stock and was instead told I needed to make the 45 min drive to look for myself. Asked to speak to a manger name Kelley whom was also rude and dishing her attitude onto me because she had to carry a 42inch kennel and couldn’t come to the phone, she then proceeded to tell me she’s not checking stock and to check online. From the second I walked in the store I was followed, watched and treated like a criminal. Had a lady on my heels for every single step I took. Now I’ll be the first to admit I was pretty rough. I own a landscaping company and was in my field work attire which with the rain can get fairly dirty and muddy. This is the dog food we just picked up this evening.... pissed is an understatement consider we live an hour away. Absolutely disgusting! Maggots all over the food 🤢🤮
