My babies love the girls – I have never seen my dogs so happy to go into the groomer. They are friendly to me and my babies and they always look amazing. I go to the same two girls every time and we love them!
Pet Smart has advertised that they do grooming on a variety of animals. This is not true. I stopped in to my local Pet Smart to set up appointments to get my cats groomed. And they DO NOT have groomers qualified to do cats. Or so this is what I was told. At this time they only groom dogs. I wasn't satisfied with that answer, due to the fact that they advertise that they do groom cats, and since it's challenging to find a groomer that does accept cats I was thoroughly disappointed.
I brought my bichon to the grooming department at Pet Smart and I was delighted at the result. I have such an awful time finding a groomer around Sioux Falls that knows how to groom a bichon and doesn't just do a chop job to get the pets in and out quickly. I go to Tabatha at Pet Smart now every time because she can make my bichon look like a bichon is supposed to look. I'm sure all the girls there do a great job, but I like my Lily to get to know her groomer and be groomed by her each time. It's a little more expensive than... read more
