My daughter was there Friday with her step sister and the manager was really rude to them trying to kick them out for something they weren’t doing at all. And he gets into there face and her mom and dads face as well threatened to cal the cops.. the manager Steve is a pos.. shouldn’t be a manager at all... will not support or shop at PetSmart anymore because of this...
I think its ridiculous that we make an appointment for grooming but just because you make an appointment doesn't mean that's when your dog will get started on. I'm sick of dropping my dog off at her scheduled time and calling 2 hrs later because no one has called us to pick her up only to find out that she hasn't even been started on and we can expect to pick her up at closing time! We are done coming to you for any of our pets needs.
Penelope & the girls do a great job !! We have 2 Chinese Chow Chows, one is 4 & the other is 14 & they always give recomendations & do an outstanding job with Petunia & Maddalynn. Every time we pick them up they look great..
Store is good, with decent sales every now and then, but I was not impressed with the customer service in the grooming department and I even gave them more than one chance. I’m sure some of the people back there are friendly but I haven’t found them. My dog doesn’t like his nails being trimmed and they didn’t put much of an effort into getting the job done.
