They have great service, but they're a little overpriced on some things. If youre looking for a place to start if you just got a new pet, that would definitely be the place.
Tug and Tilly were groomed today and Tug had the nervous poops. The gentleman who took care of him was very patient and was very nice about the whole ordeal when I picked my pups up. I could tell that he had a patient nature to him as he didn't act annoyed when recounted the poop stories from the 4 hours Tug was in his care. I appreciate your grooming staff taking such great care of our family dogs!

The worst. I have been shopping at this PetSmart for years and this was the end. A very ill-tempered clerk named Vanessa had been rude to me several times over the past few weekend visits. Seemed almost like it was a personal thing. This was the last time. My (leashed) Lab puppy started to bark at a parrot in a glass cage. The parrot didn't seem to mind, and was even pecking the glass at eye-level with the dog. The kids surrounding her were enjoying at the scene and petting her.
