Went to adopt a cat they told us they would let us know later that day or the next day if the application has been approved. 3 days later I called them and they don’t know what’s going on.
We were there Saturday getting a hamster for my grandson.. We watched one employee go above and beyond for a mom and her kids. I went to ask for someone to help us, a lady came and was rude pulled the tank thingy out not even to the ground like the guy for the other people! Pushed it back in after a few seconds and told us to let someone know when we were ready! Store is ok but your staff really hate their jobs. Been there 3 times and today was the worst experience. Made an even exchange for something of a bigger size, same price. I used a coupon yesterday when I bought it but they wouldn't let me use it again on the EVEN exchange. Coupon is still good today. So needless to say I ended up spending $10 more on the same item. Will not be going back!
