So happy with the care Dr McDivitt gave our kitty. I specifically chose to see her because of her specialty with cats. She spent a lot of time going over nutrition and calories with me. They were able to handle my not so happy kitty and give him a thorough exam. I’m so pleased to have found someone to take care of my crew!

Outstanding veterinary practice, facility and boarding/grooming. The doctors are all extremely experienced and attentive to each animal in their care; never a rushed visit and everything is always clearly explained and discussed. The staff is extremely professional, polite and caring. The offices are always clean and the facility is immaculate. Their fees are fair and transparent (no surprises!). Highly recommend Pets R Family for any veterinary, boarding or grooming!
I love this place!! From reception, technicians and doctors is all just awesome. They actually take care of your pet with love and show it with the small details. They have a special welcoming for each pet and have the room ready even with their name. The experience here with the medical team it’s great as they take as much time needed to talk to you and listen to your concerns. I dont even know where to begin. This vet hospital has been by far the best vet we have ever had (I am a military spouse so my dog has been to quite a few places). They truly love every single one of their patients and care for the family as if they were their own family members. My girl became ill and they jumped right on top of it. Ultimately she was sent to a specialist and soon after passed away, but she was so very loved by Pets R Family. I am truly grateful to have found such an amazing place for my babygirl! I can’t thank you guys enough for your care and concern as it relates to our furry family members. As one of our boys (Chief) came to the end of his journey, you really helped create a beautiful experience for his crossing over. It’s never easy however the Pets R Family process was intimate and personal. We are going to miss our big boy.
