They are so friendly and work so well with my kid and dog. We love the entire staff.
Because of quarantine we were not able to go in with our pup for treatment. Because of more than welcoming staff I felt totally comfortable with that. From the first phone call to the actual visit. The entire staff treats you and pet with kindness and love. Dr. Deckard and staff go above and beyond
I was a customer from 2016-2019. I have 2 senior dogs, and used both veterinary services and grooming services nearly monthly. There are many reasons for this review, but it boils down to losing faith and trust in the practice after numerous questionable events, extremely high fees, an unprofessional environment experienced multiple times while in the waiting room, and the fact that after raising my concerns at the end of 2019 in writing, the owner called to berate me and tell me how wrong I was. Not only are the doctors excellent, but so compassionate and loving as is the staff. We have had several veterinarians over the 17 year lifespan of our dachshund and feel so Blessed to have had Dr. Kathleen Deckard as his doctor for the last five years of his life as well as gently and lovingly helped him pass on. We are so grateful to her and everyone at Pets R Family! We will miss you!❤️
