Great Experience! I called on a Saturday morning as a new patient and even though they were booked they squeezed me in after hearing that our dog was in pain with a leg injury. Everyone was so caring, helpful and great with our Zoey. So thankful for everything they did on such a short notice.
Pets R Family is an exceptional Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Deckard took excellent care of my Mocha over the last year. She and her staff also took care of me when Mocha passed last week. They understood my pain and even made a very selfless contribution to The Pet Memorial Team at University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in Mocha'so Memory! Dr. Deckard went above and beyond tonight for our family. Even though it was "after hours", Dr. Deckard responded to our emergency, helped us figure out what to do with our sweet dog that had her first seizure, and even called the emergency vet for us (twice). Unfortunately we said goodbye to our Gracie dog, but we are so thankful for a responsive vet who truly cares about her patients.
My girls are spoiled rotten, and we had to leave town last year and leave them behind, and even though they were a challenge the staff did not complain and embraced the girls stay!!! Highly recommend, and if we ever leave town again this is where we will drop our fur babies��
Absolutely THE BEST vets office I've been to, and I've been to a lot! They are clean, super friendly and welcoming. I felt extremely comfortable with them handling my boy Jax. Also the fact that they see reptiles is a huge plus in my book, now I don't have to drive and hour with stressed animals, Pets R Family is right up the street! I will definitely be bringing in the rest of my critters to be seen here!!
Sadie loves going to see Dr. Deckard and all of her sweet staff! She loves all the attention and treats she gets too. Thank you so much for making her feel so important and loved. Best veterinary clinic ever!
