Our newest family member Simba was sick today and we had our first visit and LOVED the staff and atmosphere. Great experience!!! Entire team is very responsive and truly want to help. I highly recommend having this be your forever vet :)
Pets R Family is such an amazing place. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Deckard is great. They are so caring and gentle. They know exactly what to do and how to handle our two hyper dogs, Dixie and Ollie. We live about 40 minutes away but we will take the trip here every time to ensure that they are going to be in the best care possible! We are so happy to have finally found Pets R Family.
Dr. D and staff have been exceptional in the care they have given my 2 little ones, Rosie and Baylee.
Without any doubts, this veterinarian and her entire operation (ALL the people) are the absolute BEST!! Twinkie is nervous around most people and places, but NOT here. She loves coming for grooming or whatever. Luckily, we found Dr. D after a few not-so-good experiences at other vets. We are loyal customers for life. James and Karola Thurman

Leaving Lake for any period of time is difficult. But as a family who enjoys traveling, from time to time it is necessary. Moving to Jacksonville a few years ago, we've tried a couple of places... I am HAPPY to tell you, our search is over! The staff and service was wonderful before we even arrived! We were updated on his care, and even received a photo or two of the fun he was having.(the kids loved that...).
