When it was time to say goodbye to our spaniel Baxter Dr.Deckard and her staff showed such compassion. Dr.Deckard took her time with us, aloud us to express our feelings and most importantly my family could see in her eyes and expression how much she cared. Both my parents and my family have been with her for over 15 years at different locations. We highly recommend Pets R Family. Worth the drive! Congrats on opening your own place!
Dr. Deckard and her staff are always extremely welcoming. Before my two leopard geckos passed away, her and her staff went above and beyond to treat a mysterious illness that one of my leopard geckos had and helped us in our quest to nurse back to health a 15 year old leopard gecko. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful - but the love and support they gave us helped us through this tragic time.
