"On a scale of 1-10 I would mark it a 10 for sure! I have recommended Pets In Stitches to all my friends with animals. I loved how I was greeted right away and they already knew I was there with Oscar (my cat) the price was 170$ cheaper that my regular vet quoted me so I saved so much money! And it was fast too they were calling me back within just a few hours to come get Oscar and when we got home he was acting perfectly normal. They did an amazing job and saved me so much time and money."
Thank you to all the staff for taking good care of my boy Vader. He healed quickly without any complications and is back to his goofy self. Thanks for calling to check in him too!!!

You are welcome! It was our pleasure!
Brought my 9 month old Lab in for a vasectomy. From what I can tell, Dr. Rastetter and her staff did an awesome job! The site is healing beautifully. I can barely tell he had a procedure. They also followed up with me the next day to see how he was doing. I'm glad there's a local option for vasectomies and ovary sparing spays in addition to the traditional neuter/spay that they offer.
Business response:
Thank you for the kind words Steve! We appreciate your feedback and happy to hear your pup is healing well!
Haven't been here yet but does anyone know the cost to have a cat declawed here?
Had my dog fixed here last year. After picking her up she started bleeding pretty bad. Had to take her in for emergency surgery that night that cost me an extra $3500. Emergency vet had to retie all the internal sutures since she was bleeding. They took no responsibility here.
Business response:
Mr. Mitchell.... this is Dr. Rastetter. I do remember Aggie and her need for exploratory surgery after her spay at PNS. Aggie was late term pregnant when you brought her to be spayed. You and I discussed that her risk for bleeding during and after surgery were much higher than a non-pregnant dog despite me taking additional precautions to minimize that risk. You chose to proceed with the surgery rather than let her give birth. I also informed you that, if Aggie had any complications, she would need to seen at the ER and such... read more

Hi Angelica. I've looked in our records and you have not been a client at Pets In Stitches, LLC. I was wondering what prompted you to give us a 1 star rating?
