10 "absolutely yes" When I first called to schedule the spay and neuter, I was told that Luke and Leia needed to be a minimum of 5 months old before those procedures could be performed safely. I appreciated that because it showed me that PetsinStitches cares about the animals first. There wasn't a mad rush to get them in to make a dollar. I appreciated that caring attitude. I did not research other veterinary facilities. We had used PetsinStitches for our dog, Snoopy, and was very satisfied with both the result and the cost.... read more
Wonderful experience with our recent spay. Staff was very helpful and extremely responsive to an after hours email.
Absolutely a 10+; I have been recommending Pets in Stitches to friends since you neutered Tazer in 2013. Especially during this funky time of COVID, the amount of information you provided to allow me to be prepared and proactive is greatly appreciated. Also, the time you took to make sure questions and concerns were answered. And of course, the efficiency of the staff in collecting pets and returning them to their owners. I was impressed with the way you work in 2013, and even more so with Pinkerton's visit.
Business response:
Aww...thank you so much Joy! It's been a pleasure to work with you, Tazer, and Pinkerton!
I had my dog neutered there last week and they did amazing!! Dr. Rastetter was very polite and professional. She and the team were very informative before, during, and after surgery. My dog had some complications a few days after surgery since he found a way out of his collar to lick the incision, but Dr. Rastetter was quick to answer any questions I had and also checked his incision site to make sure there was no infection. Brittany was also very helpful and polite during the incision check visit, she also answered any ques... read more

Took my 4 y/o Cocker Spaniel, Snickers to Pets In Stitches, LLC to have her spayed. I cannot say enough about this place. Snickers did great during her surgery, and her recovery has been amazing. Her incision looks amazing. Thanks for taking care of my girl!
I've had dogs done in the past and just recently had Natsu neutered there a couple months ago, so of course I'm happy with the service and would definitely recommend to others. I was actually REALLY impressed with the incision with how small it was and how quickly it healed. It's been a while since I had a spay done, but I know it's more invasive than a neuter so I was expecting a larger incision. I was really impressed by how quickly Ame bounced back too! I did not quote Ame's spay elsewhere. I love my vet, but I have used ... read more
