I followed your staff's recommendation to have our dog’s little dew claws removed when I shouldn't have. Her suffering has not been worth it. Upon discharge your staff said if I called, I would get a quick return call. That was not the case at all. First number I called went to voicemail. The second number I called said I would hear back from you quickly. When I finally got a call back it was to take her to the emergency care center.
