Left my dog covered in blood because she was deemed dangerous. My dog was treated completely different then my mothers dog who was getting spayed the same day. They left my dog in the kennel covered in blood with extremely bruised incisions. Stay away from this place it's no different then a jiffy lube for animals. Front desk staff was rude and disrespectful.
Business response:
I am sorry that you felt you had a negative experience at PNS Scotty. The picture you posted is not covered in blood. It's just a bruise. Some dogs, just like people, have more bruising that other for a multitude of reasons that are not within our control. Bruising will subside with time. Yes, some dogs show behavior signals of nervousness and not respecting those warning signs can both further increase a dog's stress and also may result in a bite to a human. "Thank you to you and your staff for caring for my cat Lucifer. I'd be happy to provide feedback for you. I would give Pets In Stitches an absolute 10 and have already recommended the establishment to other people. The pricing is affordable and the services and staff are great! I was impressed that both the Veterinarian and Technician came out to sit and talk with me before and after the procedure. In the past, that hasn't happened, so I really appreciated the extra initiative and care the staff had for Lucifer's care. I can... read more
This crew is wonderful. Thoughtful, talented, professional, and kind. Thank you for saving Nayla
Business response:
It was our pleasure! Is she starting to be better than she has in the past year?
We've now taken two of our kittens there, staff is very friendly and give you information on how to help if any issues happen.
Petey is doing great, thank you for asking. He was a little quiet, for him (!) that first evening but by the next morning he was back to his usual wild child self. I had him all set up in a large crate so he could take it easy for a few days, as instructed, but had to let him out on the third day, he was so rowdy. Anyway, he's doing fine, chasing bugs, climbing trees, and teasing his fellow barncats. His other "owies" have healed up well too, including his scraped up right rear paw that you were concerned about. So I would c... read more
I received a call a few days before to remind us of the appointment and then a few days after to makes sure she was doing well. It made me feel good that you care! The website was easy to navigate to find information on what to do before and after the procedure, what forms to bring, and what types of services are offered. Your facility was definitely cheaper than our vet. We were quoted over $400, and that didn't include a cone or sedation medication (which we got through you.) I was definitely happy we got the Kong inflatab... read more
