We have used Pets In Stitches twice, once for our cat and just recently for our dog. The staff is the greatest and they treat your pet like their own. You don't always find service at a great price with the full on family treatment. Everyone made sure our pets and us were comfortable and ready for their spay. I can't even begin to think of anything they could do to improve because you can't fix perfection!

Absolutely, hands down a very caring place, with a fantastic staff! Dr. Rastetter got my cat Benny in for an emergency surgery the day before the 4th of July, even though she was not feeling well. She felt the pain I was feeling for my fur baby and could not turn us away. I am very appreciative for all she and her staff did for Benny!

A 10!!! Absolutely! I have already recommended you to friends should their dogs need surgical care. You and your staff genuinely cared about Annie. I simply can't say enough about your competency and professionalism. Dr. Sue recommended you and there was absolutely no need for any additional research. I'm sure we saved money but that doesn't matter. I'd return to you irregardless. Thank you for taking such good care of my best friend...she recovered quickly and completely.
We had a double enucleation on our Great Dane today. Everything was well explained and they took such good care of her. They kept me informed throughout the day. Their pricing was so much more affordable than the specialty eye clinic we had been going to.

I took off of work to get my rescued dog micro-chipped. They told me I couldn't make an appointment, and I need to come in Tues or Thurs from 3 to 4 as a walk in. I took off several hours early from my job to find the doors locked and no one will answer the phone. The signage and website clearly state that they are OPEN. Missing work cost me 4x the $ to get my dog micro-chipped! Now what??!

As we have been messaging Kay, we have our walk in clinics on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3-4pm. On Mondays and Thursdays, we close no later than 4:45pm but as early as our last patient leaves. Today all our patients left early. We also do not have signs up that show whether we are open or closed. Our website does not list our hours. I definitely would recommend Pets In Stitches to others and rate you a five. The check in was so easy and so was his pick up. Your fee was much less than the vet we have used. I like the idea of a lower rate making it affordable for me to take in another stray if I should meet up with one in the future. Thank you. Baly is fine.
