Sure do miss that great pizza. – In 1975 my wife and I left California to become residents of Alaska. I can truly say that the only thing we miss about SoCal are the great pizzas we used to get at Petrillos. Yes you often had to stand in line before you could get a table and they didn't deliver but it was always worth the wait for their great pizzas. I don't think I've ever had a better pizza anywhere including the 4 years I spent in New York while in the Air Force. If we ever go back for a visit there is no doubt Petrillos ... read more
Its The Greatest!!!! – This is the best pizza in town. This pizza is prepared old style with a ton of cheese and quality toppings, par excellence. The salad is served cool, crisp, and fresh. It includes several types of lettuce, Romaine being the most dominant, tomato, pepperchinni peppers, and garbanzo beans. best pizza in the area – if you crave pizza... this is the place togo.... been going here over 20 years...... there is no better pizza!!!! I can agree with the service... but.. I mostly judge places on the taste of the food... wish they delivered...... but its worth the short drive from arcadia.....
Pizza never lets you down – Yes there is a little bit of wait but not always. and the pizza is soo good its worth the wait . Love the big portions in the pasta menu and the bread is deliciuos. But you have no patience like some of the other reviewers just pick up instead of dine in . trust me its worth the drive from where ever you are. Been going there since i was 6 years old and now i go with my kids. wonderful family tradition...
un american – they treat the national guard employees by cutting their hours and demoting them, oh yeah they cut their hours and reprimand them
Great food, Service good too – This place is great. The food never lets me down. The hostesses are a bit snooty, but the waitresses are always friendly and personable. Of course its not always perfect service, but it seems like a family run joint where they really care about serving good food. You might have to wait a little bit on the weekends, but it is worth it. Worst Service Ever – My family has been going to Petrillos for over 40 years; and for the first time in our lives we had a horrendous experience. In that time, we never had a complaint. I had a banquet for 34 people, and because I didn't have all 34 people there (had 28, though that should be irrelevant), they didn't want to start serving. Why all the complaints ??? If you want to go somewhere where they will serve you fast , then push you to make room for more customers . Don't come here...
