Horrible Service – All the food there is delouses. On the other hand the Service is horrible. The host and Waiters are rude and all they do is sit around and gossip
Food & Workers at Petrillo's – My Husband & I Live in West L..A. and travel to San Gaberial Valley alllll the time for massages...My husband being retired, so allll we do is Travel & Eat Out....I am here to tell you Petrillo's has amazing food & we rave to all our friends & take them their also,donr this for a few years now....people that are doing these hateful reviews are just JERKS.....PERIOD! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE – Well I read this review on customer service to me that makes a big difference if you dont have that you dont have squat I agree with your horrible experience let me tell you if that was me those little girls wouldnt of been sitting around gossiping they would be in the kitchen doing dishes
bad customer service, dont care how good pizza tastes – i had boycotted petrillos san gabriel since many years ago coz the girls at the counter were so rude my girlfriend placed order over phone maggie and when we got there they made us wait over an hour for another pizza no apologies, nothing and they just sat around the counter gossiping when they were finally done with the order they had the audacity to give out my pizza that was preordered over the phone to some guy that came 10 minutes later than me their exact words "h... read more
Best all Over – I have been going to Petrillos for over forty years and have had the best food experience eating the best pizza in the world with the best people my grandparents.
Missing Petrillo's – I used to live in Cali about 15 minutes from Petrillo's and have it at least once a week. Now I'm in Sin City, but every trip to Cali includes at least one trip to Petrillo's. It's the best pizza I've ever tasted. If you get a chance, you've gotta try it.
Petrillo's is the reason why I'll never order delivery from the other guys again. – I just picked up my order from Petrillo's this evening and all I can say is I'm never going back to Domino's and the likes. I didn't know there was such a good pizza joint in the San Gabriel Valley. The cheese and toppings on their special are amazing.
My favorite pizza in ever – I have had dined all over the US and this is by far my favorite pizza restaurant. Unfortunatly, someone left a scathing review. I have found the service to be very good. If I I was displeased , I would not resort to childish name calling. By resorting to such immature behavior you have proven that you are an unresonable person. I've been all over the country, eaten pizza everywhere, made – Forget Domino's, Papa John's, Round Table, California Kitchen, Wolfgang Puck's, etc. This is the only pizza worth eating, period.
