We placed an order over the phone on a Friday night during Lent, and the lady repeated it for confirmation. We ordered "ravioli with mushroom with herbs & marsala sauce" ~ but when we got home they gave us ravioli covered with greasy oily alfredo sauce. We also ordered "spaghetti with fresh garlic & olive oil" ~ but when we got home they gave us spaghetti with tomato meat sauce. Grew up eating Petrillos but never again..... Ordered over the phone and was told a 2 hour wait, arrived on time and after waiting at the pick-up desk for the staff to take pictures of each other and put other customers on hold received two cold pizzas. When I voiced my dissatisfaction the staff looked at me blankly asking if I wanted the pizzas or not. Fresh – Right to the point - Service was nice, smile is important. Didn't wait for too long and prices are in my range. I really had a good decent meal. It maybe counts as a fast food. But I don't care :). Thanks for the great meal experience.

Okay food and Horrible service – The girls helping are the worst I have ever experienced. I have been coming here for years and lately my time going there has dwindled. I dont even bother anymore with ordering pizza there. Why should I order pizza from someone who own cashiers treat everyone like they are filth. The girls there spoke back to everyone and even one cashier made a face at an elderly lady when she asked for some cheese and pepper. I was so upset with the answers the girls gave me. Good Pizza..Horrible Customer Service – The pizza is good (though not as good as it used to be about 15 yrs ago!) but the customer service is absolutely the worst! Honestly, I'd have to say the "workers" (that's using the word generously) @ the counter have no business being in a position of dealing with the public. The service, or lack thereof, is what's kept me away from this place. The pizza would have to be to out of this world fantastic to deal with this group of nasty individuals, and sadly it's not.

Great pizza... Rude, unprofessional workers – I'm a pizza expert and this is probably the best pizza that I've had so far in so. cal. good high quality everything. Awesome stringy, gooey cheese and a medium is like eating a large. Waitresses are just ok, they can be slow and not very personable. I have had a few incidents with the take out service and the hostess keeping me on hold for 11 minutes when all i wanted to ask is what time they close. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – called to make reservations over the phone for a large party(granted its a busy day/superbowl sunday) the owners son ARCHIE provided me with the worst customer service i have recieved @ any restraunt!! very rude and pushy...ARCHIE YOU DONT BELONG IN A RESTRAUNT! dont keep your day job! greatest italian food in SGV..but id rather eat @ the olive garden then go back there! REALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKES THE FOOD AND THE DRIVE WORTH COMING OUT TO FROM SANTA CLARITA VALLEY!
