Unprofessionally shamed and berated by the office manager after asking reasonable questions about dental treatment plan / costs. Doctor subsequently went MIA, never following-up on poor experience, and ignored multiple follow-up emails to have patient files sent to an alternative dentist. We were eventually able to obtain most files, however the office repeatedly sent partial dental files making it difficult for us to move to another office. I strongly recommend people avoid this dental office.
My had my first visit with Dr. Victor Marfo today 4/30/2020. He hasn't done my root canal yet. But he gave me a very bad impression of himself. He came in and introduced himself briefly. And, never came back in. Totally ignored me. I would see him several times in the hallway. I have worked in the medical field for over 30years(orthopedics,gastroenterology surgeons specialists) and never ever made or treated patients this way.
