I think their services are great
Hands down, the best customer service in town! Heidi & the Mechanics are honest, fair and professional. I’ve been to so many shops where they overcharge for the service or outright lie about what you actually need done. I never have to worry about that w/Heidi. She’s gonna give it to me straight and if she can save me money she definitely will. If you’re looking for a great car care shop, I would definitely recommend Petermans.
Terrible customer service, girl at front desk is extremely disrespectful ! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
