Very happy with Doctor and staff for two surgeries, all were compassionate, professional and caring with the exception of their billing office. The poorest most unprofessional staff I have encountered. I received a bill that I felt was an error due to the fact that I had not been told about three co-pays by my insurance or the staff at the the center. I became blind after surgery. It was six weeks before he referred me to a retina specialist. That should have happened sooner.
I love Dr Zloty. I saw him 19 yrs ago and had lasix surgery.
Dr. Zloty has performed several surgeries on my eye and I am now seeing 20/20. The only negative thing I can say I that I usually have an hour wait time!! But once you get in, he will take care of you.
I felt led to write this as my latest eye doctor couldn't believe I had lasik years ago and don't require reading glasses. Dr. Zloty performed this surgery in 1999 (19 years ago??) when he was located in Dothan, AL. Additionally, I was so nervous about the whole procedure that he allowed my husband to be by my side during it all!! Thank you so very much for giving me this awesome vision!! BTW, don't forget to update your driver's license!!??????
I've had the best experience with Dr. Zloty. He listens to what you have to say and is very gentle when he's examining your eyes. He has always clearly explained his diagnosis and how to fix the problem. You will not feel rushed. I will only go to Dr. Zloty for any eye problems that I may have.
The best! He solved my problem that another doctor had created. He is kind, extremely knowledgable, he listens and is extremely empathetic. I highly recommend him. He is never in a hurry and always seems genuinely interested and caring......and he solves problems!
He's a Wonderful doctor. We love him
