Dr Peter Zloty and his staff, especially Diana the surgical coordinator, alone with the staff at Providence hospital cannot tell the truth to save their life. Outcomes, procedural processes, and what you can expect will all be a lie. Once you get there don’t expect to be able to leave, they will promise you that you have ever right to change your mind but when you do your held against your will and put to sleep, or tell you anything and promise you the world to get you to stay. I have used Dr Zoloty for about 20 years.But he has became very rude and very opinionated.And when he diagnosis he sticks to his misdiagnose, even when someone runs test that he asked them to prove he’s right and he is proven wrong.Zloty said I had irregular stigmatismThat was unfixable.But it was cornea rejection! Very painful and blurry!Told me I didn’t need that eye that’s why God gave me two eyes.Then he caused my regular eye doctor to stop seeing me. Doctor Zolty is a wonderful doctor.
My husband and both had cataract surgery together. We don’t remember ever having as positive experience with any other medical team. The lady sitting across from us as mentioned that Dr. Zloty was leaving the exam room and when she ask him a simple question he closed the door, came back in and gave her his full attention. My surgery was not stressful at all and his team worked smoothly and professionally. I have been a patient of Dr Zloty’s for a year. He has been very concerned for my progress after I experienced failed surgery from mistakes from another eye group. I was legally blind and this group worked diligently to provide a course of treatment that helped me be able to drive again and keep my “newly acquired” glaucoma readings within reason with eye drops. Very happy with Doctor and staff for two surgeries, all were compassionate, professional and caring with the exception of their billing office. The poorest most unprofessional staff I have encountered. I received a bill that I felt was an error due to the fact that I had not been told about three co-pays by my insurance or the staff at the the center.
