Dr. J. performed my initial shoulder surgery over 10 years ago! Reinjured the same shoulder last week on a farm and Dr. J's office scheduled me ASAP to be seen! His bedside manner, intellect, profound knowledge on the human body and kindness are Beyond noteworthy! I have multiple sclerosis and have seen many different types of medical professionals over the course of my 32 years, and dr. Jacobson is by far my most favorite doc/surgeon!

I had total knee replacement in July 2018. Doctor Jacobson was great, explain the process , the risk of surgery and was very thorough on the procedure. Six weeks out and I am doing great with my new knee.
Dr Jacobson repaired my right rotator cuff and did a phenomenal job in my opinion. Full range of motion has returned and I’ve experienced practically no post operative pain. I’d highly recommend him and his staff.
Would not recommend this Doctor. Could not operate his computer , had a nurse do it . Did not wear gloves when he gave my husband a shot. He had iodine all over his hand , very discussing . He was rambling on about nothing at all. He was very , strange and weird. Shot didn't even work my husband still has pain . If i could rate a 0 i would.
Dr. Jacobson's office manager denied me service because I did not want my driver's licensed scanned in their computer program. She said she needed it on file for insurance reasons. I called Optima and they said all Dr. Jacobson needed was my insurance card which I provided. His office manager also inappropriately asked me , "Are you trying to hide from someone." She said this in front her employees and several patients in the waiting room. This was not a nice environment.
