Quick, knowledgeable and effective!
Dr Jacobsen was my provider. Very nice, was happy with his approach to my shoulder. He has a since of humor which is always a plus. Professional and would highly recommend. His staff was awesome. Very polite and professional. From check in, X-ray and medical records review was fast and efficient. Building was clean and parking area is huge.
Needs to spend more time with patients, try to act like he cares at least! Improve on bed side manners
Left knee pain
Dr Jacobson is a very kind and caring physician. He explains everything so you can understand it. He makes you have no questions when you leave or when he sees you after a surgery. He is very compassionate. I highly recommend him for all Ortho needs.
Always pleased with the check in... nurses and especially Dr. Jacobson. Very thorough and interactive session as usual. Dr. Jacobson has been my family’s ortho doc for years.
Very good surgeon who replaced my left knee years ago. Now it's time for the right knee to be replaced. Dr. showed me the x-rays on computer and discussed how the procedure has changed from the first time.
Doctor Jacobson is a very thorough, knowledgeable doctor who communicates well and truly listens. After going to another orthopedic surgeon who told me I had severe arthritis and needed a hip replacement I went to Dr. Jacobson for a second opinion. The first doctor did not show me my x-rays and did not ask me or answer my questions. Dr. Jacobson did all of that plus he read the x-ray in front of me while explaining to me his diagnosis which was “moderate” hip arthritis!
