Thankful for Pete and Jan throughout this whole process. It was my first time buying a home and they helped make the process so much easier. No question was too big or too small and they were both very responsive. They were also very accommodating to my schedule and I am very grateful for their patience as well as we dealt with the sellers for my home.

We were looking for a condo to rent to a friend. Pete was wonderful to work with, pointing out pros and cons to every condo that he took us to. He addressed his observations not only to us, but to our friend who was with us for each viewing. We feel very good about the property we ended up purchasing, and the friend who is living there feels it is the perfect home for her .A job very well done, Pete!!

We just bought a house, and Pete was our guy. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We were buying from 1000 miles away, so having someone local that could deal with all the issues when we could not was a must. Pete (and his team!) delivered beyond our expectations.
