Ordered a reptile tank from Amazon and it was broken on arrival. Petco had their tank sales and was all out of 40 gallons. The store manager went above and beyond and gave me a reptile tank for the tank sales price which was an $80.00 difference. They definitely turn a frustrating experience with Amazon to a much better day.
Do not like petco groomers in amarillo..... They water matted my dogs and just brushed the top coat and I had to have them shaved.... I was very unhappy when I picked them up and the black lady that works there came out with an attitude ummmmm that's okay I'm a business owner and believe me BB will be contacted not only with my complaints but others as well ..,,, petco needs to have experienced more professional people on their team....,I had to post a star and they do not need a star for their sucky service I'm one unhappy ... read more
