RecommendedFast and courteous service.
Dont trust the prices that they have on the shelves. Items that were marked down were full price. And regularly marked price was a dollar or two under what the register rang up.
Worst experience ever if I could give negative stars they would get -5! Only three people working and apparently none of them can get crickets since I and another customer waited 30 minutes. Then proceed to the checkout and the register is malfunctioning. I will never go back that store again. For a better experience and better prices go to Pet Smart.
Manager was rude and not helpful. This is the first time I’ve ever just left a basket that had been rung up at a register. Their scanner wouldn’t work on a coupon off my phone and he told me to go print it off you know at the library or something. They literally don’t have the capability to type in the coupon number. Are you kidding me? I’ll spend my money at Petsmart, at least that store is stocked and clean.
The staff did a great job with my Husky. I was a little nervous at first because it was his first time, but they said he did pretty good and he looks SOO much better after his deshedding!!
Megan is one of the awesome groomers and is great with my dog. I always feel like my dog very well taken care of and she comes out happy and looks great! Thanks for the amazing job!
The @Petco Amarillo store location is the worst. Don't ever get your pet trained there. There is no real "guarantee".
We are very thankful for Megan in the grooming area in the Amarillo store. She takes such good care of our Scotties, including our oldest baby who has some health issues. And they always come out looking fantastic! Thank you for caring for our puppies!
The customer service suck, no one asked if we needed help and to go to the register to get help and still waited over 10 minutes and no one came. Left the basket with all our stuff in the fish area
