Always have a good experience. Have taken my pup twice to the groomers here and am quite impressed. He is huge and overly hyper. They are very patient and take good care of him. You can tell all the employees really enjoy working with animals.
In line right now. My daughter chose 3 hermit crabs. They put them in a box, knowing that 2 of them were dead. We asked for the 2 dead ones to be replaced and the lady claimed one was alive & "tried to pinch" her... It was so dead, it was falling out of the shell.
Great customer service. I love being able to take #BabyGirlsWorld in the store.
