The manager here is so rude. She’s very aggressive and made me feel like I was stupid when she talked to me. It was clear I couldn’t understand her question & she just stood there asking the same question over & over. Wow. I’m normally not the type to complain about my shopping experience but I will absolutely never shop her again. Lynn, the manager, took two bettas from my hand and walked away without saying anything. I waited in line to ask if they treat the ones with swim bladder or if they let experienced people try to help them. She told me they were just sleeping, so now they won’t be treated and will die.
