Last week I tried to take my dog in to get his nails done. The groomer was open until 6pm, and I got there at 4:30pm. No one was there. I assumed the groomer was on break. Nope. There was no groomer. I asked the manager what was going on. For starters, she had no idea that there was no one working in grooming. Then, she said I should come back in the morning, despite the fact she had no idea if there was going to be a groomer working in the morning. They did a great job giving my puppy his shots and then one of the guys there was working and he gave our puppy some treats for free cos he said our puppy was so good and so friendly. They all was wonderful at petco!
Just wanted to say thanks for helping me today when I cut my hand! One of Your associates went about and beyond to make sure I was ok! I wish I would have caught her name. Y'all are awesome!
