Seriously wondering whatever happened to customer service nowadays. I called the store after I get a text message about my grooming appointment being cancelled, MJ answered the phone and replied “well I don’t know, it’s not my department, you can try calling tomorrow” I immediately asked to speak to a manager she quickly replied the groomers are gone for the day we can’t really help you.. Placed an order saying you had it in stock. It wasn't. They cancelled my order and "refunded" me but I won't see it for 5 to 7 business days. Now I don't have the money to buy elsewhere. This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm veyond furious.

RecommendedThe store was clean and the staff was super friendly. The associate who assisted us explained everything we would need for our new fish tank! She even sold us the display on the shelf because they didn’t have anymore in stock! By far the best experience I’ve had in a pet store! Now our fish tank is set up and we are letting it settle before we go back to pick out our new fishy friends!
I have a few things to note that you guys might wanna check up on 1) one of your snakes had a bunch of stuck shed on him. 2) the cause of this is the humidity being way too low, it needs to be at at least 80% humidity, these are tropical snakes that live in high humidity environments in the wild. 3) all of the settings for your reptiles were the same. that's bad.
my husband went a few days ago to pet co to get our German shepherd some treats. these treats don't even last a long time. these treats have bugs in them all the time. you get them 1 day then 3 or 4 days later is when the bugs show up on the treats. why are dog treats being made with bugs. dogs do not need to eat bugs. make the treats right or no more buying treats for my dog there ever again!!!
My god! Everyone I know who deals with reptiles told me how awful Petco is. I work at a pet store. People talk about how pet stores are abusive and that the people don’t care. That couldn’t be further from the truth. People usually want to work at pet stores because they love pets. So I thought everybody was being dramatic when they talked about Petco.
