Caring staff and vets make it quality care my pets receive! And they send out friendly reminders as well as safety tips for dogs.
Petcetera not only has great doctors on staff but they have great doctors on call as well! Our dog got a deep cut on him and we called and got transferred to the emergency line and the doctor on call gave great advice and we were able to get in the next day for stitches! The staff was great with our dog! I would never think of going somewhere else!
I trust Dr. Hagen completely with my dog (and for me, that's saying something). My dog is a bit disaster prone and she has literally saved his life several times. You can tell she loves the pets that she cares for. The staff is wonderful and understanding. I've been to other vets in town and this is the only place I'll ever go.
