Love dr. Lord! She has been the best with all the animals we have brought in! Love coming In there and having people be so nice and caring. Loved I can call short notice and they try and get me in!
Dr. Hagen was our cat's vet from his first kitten shots to putting him to sleep a few days ago at 15 years old. She saved his life back in 2002. Very thankful for her.
My family, including all fur babies, LOVE Petcetera! The doctors are all very skilled and knowledgable, although we are a bit partial to Dr. Lord. She has treated us and out animals very well. Petcetera truly cares about animals and people. While bringing one of our cats there a couple of weeks ago, my daughter fell outside and skinned her knee. Dr. Hagen has always been a dream to work with when it comes to my sugar gliders! Always sure to be careful and research, on top of being there in an emergency we had months ago. I will always be going back to Petcetera, the care they provide and the lovely staff always make for a pleasant experience :)
