I would recommend them to anyone. They were so warm, caring, and efficient, I will always be grateful and impressed by their help. THANK YOU, Dr Lord and Norah, our girl is home now and prognosis is good!!
Work with clients in areas of care that are "grey" area or opinion. Have front desk people escalate situations where clients are upset to those that can make decisions. No, puppies do not need to be placed on strict, time sensitive vaccination schedules. I have several friends that are veterinarians and this is simply not the case and not necessary. RecommendedThe entire staff has a calming and welcoming presence. The doctors, especially Dr. Hagen, are very thorough and explain complex topics clearly and effectively. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my two black labs.
RecommendedI had to put my 23 plus year old cat down today. The dignity and caring that was shown to him was so touching. One of the most loving moments I spent with my cat while waiting for his final destination to be with my husband in heaven. Thank you Dr Gigstad for your care and understanding with Little Bit. It was truly a pleasure having all of you as his choice for Veterinary care. I will miss coming in and dealing with all your wonderful staff!💞
