We boarded our babies with them for one week recently and when we picked them up their feet were all muddy, one of them has a bleeding foot and another with half of her body wet.... When I got them back in our home and all settled I noticed all of them have no appetite and two of them did not even want to eat at all, all of them also had vomiting and diarrhea for more than a week. My dog had a 10 a.m. appointment for bath, nail trim, and a hair trim. This usually takes about 3 hours when we drop her off. At 2:00 (4 hours later) I called to check on her and was told she still had a few dogs in front of her so it would be a few more hours. I inquired about giving her water, and was told they don't do that. WHAT?! The rude man on the phone told me they didn't give water because they didn't want the dogs peeing on the groomers.
