Warning!!! On Saturday July 29, I took my dog to P'etcetera Groomers to get groomed. He was groomed and within a couple of days, he got sick with Kennel Cough!! The owner told other customers he had a sick dog in there. Why didn't he mention that to me. My doogy, is a real sick pup right now!! He will not be coming back to this place! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED FUR BABIES THERE!
I’ve always been happy with how my baby Koda was treated. Been going there for years. Koda always comes out smelling so nice snd clean. And I love that they do such a good job on his nails. He gives everyone a hard time. Even my vet could not handle cutting his nails. He’s always a happy dog when I pick him up. Thank you guys for taking care of my baby. 😊♥️
**AVOID THIS PLACE** We had been going to Petcetera for the past few years. Over these several stays we would pick our pups up with a rubbed raw nose, raw spots on their bellies, and legs, and they just seemed out of sorts. We just took it as they were not with us and did not adjust to being away. However, over this past weekend (7/28/2023-7/31/2023) we dropped all three of our dogs off. Horrible, volatile, and violent owner. All clients should be aware that the owner has no qualms about inflicting physical violence if he doesn’t like what you’re saying. If he treats humans this way, ask yourselves how he treats your beloved pets. Additionally, his defensiveness to all the critical comments, leads me to believe that he cannot take constructive criticism and believes he and only he is right. Do NOT give this business your hard earned money.
Took my yorkie there for a wash and cut. When I picked her up, she was not her normal happy self. When we made it home, she crawled under my bed and would not come out. Not even for a treat. Not sure what happened but my baby has never acted like this. When I called to ask if anything happened during her appointment, I was given a lame explanation on how new dogs act with a new groomer. the owner who is frequently behind the counter absolutely discriminated and harassed his customers, even during an argument screaming over her and smacking her phone out of her hand super inappropriate and entitled behavior police where of no help so im here to spread the word abt this pos who is ruining this establishment
