The love and concern each and every one of the staff members showed during our difficult time. We had to put Mama Cat to sleep and the whole office cried with us. Thank you for being there for us.

Wish I could leave zero stars. The vet was incredibly rude and degrading not only to me as a customer but also to his front desk staff. No clue how this place is still in business if he's the only vet.

RecommendedDuring a recent kitty crisis, the staff was extremely supportive and accommodating. Kristen greeted me with great empathy and handled everything extremely efficiently so that I could focus on my animal. Ryan was also amazing in supporting me thru a very difficult decision. The way these ladies handled me from my first call through the difficult decision to part with my animal exemplified exemplary compassionate customer care and made a difficult day much easier to deal with. Thanks Kristen and Ryan!

RecommendedThey truly care for the animals! Dr. Adcock is great. A couple of years back, my dog Jasper became I'll. I originally took him to the animal emergency off piney grove rd. They didn't know what was wrong. Then took him to Dr. Adcock and as soon as he saw him, he knew exactly what it was and started treating him. It gave me such relief in knowing Jasper was in good hands.
RecommendedDr. Adcock is very straightforward band highly skilled in his clinical diagnostic capabilities. He does not recommend unnecessary, expensive tests nor does he promote excessive treatment. The prices of this animal hospital are extremely Fair and the quality of treatment is superb.
