I find comfort knowing my pets are in paradise when I'm away. Professional and sincere, this establishment is dear to me. Lovely
DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE!! They will get sick. They do not take care of the animals. Our puppy ended up with bronchitis after boarding for 6 days and had to take her to the vet twice in one day. Spent over $400 to get her well after spending over $400 to board her. If they were paying attention and caring for our pet they would have known she was sick. Our dog wouldn’t eat for 24 hours after coming home she was so sick. This place is a corporate scam! Do not let your pet stay here.
So I just called to actually ask a question in regard to a reservation I made, and the manager over the property, Jessica, decided to talk to me about a review I left, so now I’m leaving another review because how unprofessional is it to discuss a past review versus trying to make a situation better. I had a poor experience with Pet Paradise. An employee disrespected me when I voiced concern about my dog being dehydrated and not fed. I had labels on her food and treats which were all disregarded. When brought to the attention of the manager, she just acted nonchalantly. Then when my night was suppose to be free with my wellness plan, I was told that it wasn’t and there was a $15 upcharge.
