We love Pet Paradise in Birmingham! Beautiful facility with cameras to watch our kiddos play during the day. Staff is always friendly and welcoming us when we arrive.
My Buddy had the best time. We were able to watch him on camera interact with all the other dogs and get in the pool! It was awesome to do that.
My dogs love going to Pet Paradise. The staff is friendly and recognize my pups as soon as we walk in. Every time I check on them with the live feed, they are having blast.
My two dogs *love* going to pet paradise. They have been to two other local dog daycares, but this is the one I feel most comfortable bringing them to — including the one at their vet. I’ve had concerns in the past with how other daycares handle dogs. The transparency with the cameras negates that. I can watch and see that they get plenty of love and attention, not just supervision, in a meticulously maintained environment with fantastic staff.
We have been looking for a consistent groomer for my golden. Finally, after of researching this place was a recommendation from a dear friend. Somehow when making a grooming appointment through their app it failed to let me “somehow” bypass without submitting her records. With it being Sunday her vet is closed. Neither did I get an email notification it needed them. So we showed up on time and were refused services because no records on file.
