I found the staff from the front desk to the techs to the vets to be extraordinary. All were very kind and very professional.
As always, the staff and doctors are so caring and competent. My 12 year-old hound (Rupert) got in a fight with our 2 12 year-old coonhound (Bowie). Bowie bit off a portion of Rupert's ear. When I arrived, because he was an active bleeder, they took him right in. The nursing staff was outstanding. Kept me informed and kept Rupert comfortable. Sutures and other related procedures and he was ready to go. I've always felt that if I have to bring any of my three hounds with medical issues, they will be in the best of care.
Have had two great experiences here. As a veterinarian myself, Dr. Rodi thoroughly impressed me with his bedside manner, practical approach, and obvious caring for my dog and myself. I will continue to bring my pets here when they need treatment and care. Wonderful practice!
We rushed our dog there at night when she was vomiting blood and pooping blood. The staff was wonderful and kept us informed throughout the two days and nights she stayed there. They encouraged us to call any time we wanted to check on her . They did tests and kept her hydrated. She is home recovering and I am so grateful we have this incredible facility nearby 24 hours a day.
The best care in an urgent situation. Staff was excellent.
