I’m a veterinarian and refer my patients to the excellent care givers at PESCM but I’m also a pet owner and I’m grateful to all of the specialists who have helped me manage my own pet’s medical conditions. The PESCM team has always provided my pets and my patients cutting edge care and they do it with compassion and grace. They take the extra time to answer all of my questions (and as a veterinarian I have a lot of questions!). I feel fortunate to have these experts on my pets healthcare team!
Came and took our cat directly from the car after we informed then that he couldn't walk and was frantic. Did a great initial triage and put us at as much ease as was possible given his condition. Gave us the option of taking him home after a few hours or keeping him under observation overnight, and called us during the night to keep us updated on his recovery. This was out second trip. We ran in at midnight, our 14 year old Boston terrier in distress. The kindness, compassion and care we received was amazing. They made us so comfortable and worked so hard to try to save his life. We didn't leave with our Georgie but we left feeling they did all they could and that they truly loved all there patients.
I took my 10 year old dog here after she'd had some complications from surgery at our usual vet's office. She went in in a ton of pain, bleeding from the incision site, and with rectal bleeding. Came out 24 hours later a happy pup looking about 1000x better with no bleeding. I cannot thank this place enough for saving my girl Lady! I would come back here anytime. The staff from the receptionists to nurses to doctors were so communicative and helpful. 5/5 starts without a doubt.
Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff! My dogs broke into a box of See's candy. They treated them immediately and recommended reasonable and affordable options.
We had to have our precious dog put to sleep. The staff at Pet Emergency was kind, compassionate, and helpful. The process was so peaceful. The room they set aside for us was calm and quiet. Pet Emergency made a very difficult and sad situation as peaceful as it could be. I'm grateful.
